At Supliful, I created all visual content the startup needed, including product mockups, icons, videos, animations, and more. I fully supported the company’s design needs across all formats. Later, I became product visualization specialist and also led the Label Design Services business unit, managing projects, improving workflows, and building scalable systems for efficient, high-quality delivery. I also focused on increasing revenue by launching promotional campaigns, improving service visibility, expanding our range of offerings, and continuously finding smarter ways to boost profit and performance.

PROBLEMS:

Before I stepped in, Supliful had only the basic visual identity but lacked what was needed for scaling.

Unclear brand guidelines, no asset library, and no systems to support consistent, high-quality, high-volume design work
Product images and mockups were low quality, overly sterile, and failed to attract or convert customers
Image production and mockup creation were slow, with no streamlined process or automation
Not enough product images that showcased the actual product, what’s inside the container, or highlighted key features and visual appeal
Limited understanding of U.S. legal requirements for supplements. Most products lacked complete, compliant Supplement Facts labels
No workflow existed to manage the growing demand for label designs, resulting in delays and inconsistencies
Working with label design clients involved constant back and forth, unclear input, and slow adjustments. Matching needs, gathering missing info, and adapting to different label sizes was time-consuming and inefficient
The brand had no clear visual direction, or strategy

SOLUTIONS:

As the only designer, I did the work of a full team while also managing a separate label design business unit. I built all core systems, delivered fast results at scale, and maintained consistently high quality.

Took full ownership of visual content and brand direction, producing everything from mockups and banners to videos, animations, and internal assets. Established a complete asset library with reusable templates and clear guidelines to ensure fast, consistent execution across campaigns, promotions, and platforms.
Reworked product mockups to look professional and appealing, created technically accurate files to enable automated image generation, and built smooth, efficient workflows for collaborating with photographers and 3D artists
Developed a scalable workflow for the Label Design Services unit, handling hundreds of clients and thousands of labels with consistently high quality and fast turnaround

I’ve built design libraries and workflows that save time, ensure consistency, and make high-quality assets easily accessible to everyone involved.

Created multiple explanatory and promotional videos, often stepping in as the face and voice of the content. I also designed visual examples to help clients envision their dream brand, organized and directed photoshoots for campaigns, and personally handled video editing and animation when needed.

The role involved not only creating multi-angle mockups but also improving how products were presented overall. This included refining visual standards and enhancing presentation quality.

Sometimes taking the photos personally but more often collaborating with a product photographer, 3D artists, and using AI image generation tools, is how I ensured fast and efficient results. I refined the final images in Photoshop and turned them into mockups, which allowed users to upload their labels to the site and see them automatically appear on the product visuals.

Ensured smooth collaboration between professionals by creating clear workflows and systems that kept tasks organized. Wrote detailed playbooks and guides to make sure anyone could step in and handle the work when needed, especially during busy periods.
